ADOPTING A HUSKY‎ > ‎

Looking for a home

Not all our dogs are on the website, some are awaiting photographs or are requiring longer care periods before being ready for adoption.

Please remember that there is more to a dog than its looks, and the cute one may not be right for you. We do our best to match the right dog to the right home, but please take in to consideration that all these dogs will come with baggage some just a purse others a trunk. We do explain the dogs needs to you and we can only go on how the dog has acted whilst in our care, occaisonally they suprise us, usually pleasantly.Big or small baggage they all need time, patience and understanding to help them fit in to your home and life.

Only miracles & mushrooms happen overnight!

If you would like to adopt one of our huskies please ring the main number and option 3 then option 1. Don't forget our sticky dogs!

MALE                  14 MONTHS                  HULL

This is me wiv my mate Kacie she helps her daddy look after me we have lots of fun together

This is what my foster Dad sez about me
Sonny is a very friendly outgoing boy, who just loves people and other dogs. He is very playful and will play with anyone or anything that will entertain him. ( that includes my trainers) ;D
He loves his toy, especially the squeaky ones, which surprisingly he doesn’t destroy!
He is really good around my little girl and can be very gentle.
He has no real issues and is a very happy dog, as long as he gets his walks and his food. He loves his walks and is well behaved on his walks, he does pull when he spots another dog that he wants to play with. He can be a bit full on for some smaller dogs, but he is totally harmless and just wants to play.
He also enjoys going out on the bike with me and has also had a go on the rig with the other. He has great potential and with some training could make a really good team dog for someone just starting out.
He loves his food and allways finishes his meals with no fuss and has changed food with no problems.
Sonny lives indoors and is fully house trained and quite well behaved, he has his mischievous moments but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a big puppy! ;D
Sonny does spend quite a lot of time outside playing with the others, but is not to keen when it comes to shutting him in the pen and will start to whine after a couple of hours.
He is a really lovely boy and an absolute pleasure to have.

Ideal home:

Active family home, with another dog as a play mate.

Chex in da post FD!

I do have eyes! I blinked - don't you just hate it when that happens? Especially as this is the only one the FP's could get - I won't stay still. Just waiting for them to tell Auntie how wonderful I am then she will tell you. I do need an active home ideally working/cani X/ biking /jogging.

MALE 3YRS SUFFOLK

I was left at a boarding kennel, they tried to find me a home but couldn't so they sent me to an Animal Shelter where Auntie found me, I have been with Auntie a little while and Im now ready to find my forever home. I am a gentle boy a little reserved until I know you. I get on with the other dogs, I walk quite nicely on the lead I live outside but I'm sure I could get used to living in. Auntie doesn't have small people so probably best only older children. I haven't given running ago but I would enjoy walks, jogging or trotting alongside you on the bike.
